Delete Your Account
We respect your right to control your personal data. You can delete your Leduvo account and all associated data at any time — directly in the app, or by emailing us if you no longer have access.
Option 1 — Delete in the App (recommended)
- Open the Leduvo app and sign in.
- Go to Profile (avatar icon).
- Scroll down to the Legal section and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion. Your account, all uploaded videos, generated lessons, and subscription records are deleted immediately.
Option 2 — Email Request (if you cannot access the app)
- Send an email to info.leduvo@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
- Include the email address associated with your Leduvo account in the body of the email.
- We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been fully deleted.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon processing your account deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed:

*Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked to your identity may be retained for service improvement purposes.
Important Information
- This action is irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
- Deletion applies to all data stored on our servers, including Supabase, Cloudflare R2, and backup systems.
- If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through the Google Play Store before requesting deletion to avoid further charges.
- We will process your request within 30 days as required by GDPR.
Alternative: Delete Data Without Deleting Account
If you wish to delete specific data (such as individual lessons or videos) without deleting your entire account, you can do so directly within the Leduvo app, or contact us at info.leduvo@gmail.com specifying which data you would like removed.
